Thomas Moulding - Farmer and dairyman; PO Blackberry; Unitarian; owns 192 acres of land, valued at $50 per acre.

He came to Geneva, Illinois, USA  in 1851, with his wife Rachel & his family of 10 children at the time - Thomas, Elizabeth, James, John J, William, Esther, Charles, Emma, Susan, Arthur H. Altogether they had 14 children; 1 was born later in Illinois; John, twins Esther & Eliza and Arthur passed away as babies or young children in England before they made that long trip across the Ocean; James, as a young man in Illinois, & Arthur Henry as a little boy in Illinois. Mr Moulding was for many years manager of a large cotton factory in England, that being his trade; he came to this country with his large family and ample means to purchase a fine farm, and assist his children to start in business.
